The first iteration of The Haus of Luna was born out of navigating quarantine and isolation during the global pandemic. As an attempt to move beyond the physical restrictions imposed on our realities, I experimented with surrealist techniques to create an installation centered on creativity and imagination.

I have since updated The Haus of Luna with new designs and a refined vision. The first one stretched the limitations of subjective reality – how we perceive and interact with jarring color schemes or unexpected textures. It was a project rooted in my own self-reflection and subconscious exploration; an invitation to witness both the process and product of my artistic expansion.

The new version is a play with all kinds of perception – not just how I see the world, but how others grapple with the blurred lines between reality and fantasy.

Our understanding of time and discernment of space is also a major theme in my work. I aim to widen these concepts and present a less rigid, more nebulous relationship with them.

Maximalist and purposefully designed, The Haus of Luna is back to inspire, delight, and stimulate your senses. I invite you to visit and experience the joy of wandering through a domestic space that’s been transformed into a high-art funhouse.

Take pictures, laugh with surprise, and reflect on how our perspectives of the world can expand when prompted by whimsical design.
